I understand that life’s challenges are unique to every individual. My passion is to help others to reach and keep reaching for your goals and dreams. I am a fully certified, body positive, and health at every size Personal Trainer and Life Coach serving the Bergen County, NJ area. My state of the art training studio is located in Little Ferry, NJ. I am here to help you find yourself and realize your full potential physically and mentally through goals setting, exercise and meal planning. Ive added recovery modalities such as meditation, and somatic therapies to my program as well which sets me apart from other trainers. If you’re feeling lost or stressed, I’ll show you how to move forward in a mindful, well planned manner as we work as a team to lead you the results you want and need. If you are feeling out of shape, unmotivated ,and need a boost , I'm here to move you toward your fitness goals, a better state of mind and a body that feel more like home.

I have been working as a Master Personal Trainer and Professional Leadership Coach for over 10 years. I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals through unique and specialized exercise prescriptions. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and work on limiting beliefs, feelings and actions through coaching and training the mind as well as the body. I have experience working with ED behavior, trauma, injury recovery, individuals with disabilities as well as clients on the spectrum. My years as a Division III college athlete have also equipped me with the expertise to coach any athletes through sports specific programs that I have developed. I work with kids as well as adults. All shapes, all sizes , no judgment, all motivation. I do not preach diet mentality and my goal with my clients is to have them feel stong of mind as well as body.
Jeryl has helped me change my life through her amazing work ethic and beautiful soul. She is always prepared to give me the best workout I could have. I've been working out with Jeryl 3 days a week since August. She knows my limitations and where I need an extra push. Each workout is different and I know I'm getting a great (safe) workout while I am there. I look forward to my training sessions - the time flies and we end with guided meditation which is always a highlight. If you are looking for someone to keep you motivated Jeryl is the coach for you.
